Subjects & Schedule for Entrance Exams in Academic Year 2021

Schedule A & B

The entrance examination for Academic Year 2022 (Enrollments on Sep. 2021 (schedule A) and April 2022 (Schedule A&B) will be held in August 2021 (Schedule A) and January 2022 (Schedule B).
We normally do not accept Master course students in Schedule B, but considering that some students are unable to take entrance exams under this difficult situations, we open our door to Master course students in Schedule B only for Medical Science Group.

The Entrance Examination for CBMS (Schedule A) is scheduled to be held online from August 10-12, 2021.
Applicants are required to submit their English proficiency test score sheets (TOEFL iBT, TOEIC L&R, etc.) online at the time of application (application period is scheduled from June 11 to 17). We will not accept the scores after the application period. Applicants who are planning to apply for Schedule A are advised to take the English proficiency test as soon as possible. English scores must be taken on or after September 1, 2019. The latest information will be posted on the website, so please check back often.
The details of the entrance examination for Schedule B (scheduled for January 2022) will be announced on the department website after the entrance examination for Schedule A is completed.

Either of the two Type A booklets, plus the Type B booklet are necessary for applying to our department. Please read both booklets carefully before you apply.

# Inquiry Sheet for Master Course
All applicants must submit the “Inquiry Sheet (Master Course) " ver 1. Download the MS Word file of the Inquiry Sheet (Master Course) ver 1 from the link below and fill it out following the instructions in the 2022 Entrance Examination Guide of CBMS ver 1. After filling out the sheet, please save it as a PDF file and check if it is layout in the same way as the PDF version of Inquiry Sheet (Master Course) ver 1.
Applicants must upload PDF files (converted from the MS Word file) online.

* We accept the following score reports. For TOEFL, (1) a pdf copy of a scanned Test Taker Score Report, or (2) a screenshot (pdf) of the score you can see on the website of ETS. For TOEIC, (1) a pdf copy of a scanned Official Score Certificate, or (2) a screenshot of the test result on the TOEIC website. For IELTS, (1) a pdf copy of a scanned Test Report Form, or (2) a screenshot of the exam result on the IELTS website.
** Official score reports are Official Score Reports (TOEFL), Official Score Certificate (TOEIC), and Test Report Form (IELTS).
*** Failure to submit the original documents by the exam date may result in denial of taking the oral exams. If a delivery delay is anticipated due to the postal conditions, we accept late arrival only when it is declared to Students Affairs Team of GSFS by the end of the application period.
**** Failure to submit the original documents by the exam date may result in denial of taking the oral exams or the enrollment (except that CDGDC certificates must be submitted by the day of the admission procedure).
