Schedule A
The entrance examination for Academic Year 2024 (Enrollment in Oct. 2023
(Schedule A), April 2024 (Schedule A&B), and Oct. 2024 (Schedule B))
will be held in August 2023 (Schedule A) and January 2024 (Schedule B).

The details of the AY 2024 master course entrance examination for Schedule A are as follows:
Primarily, written examinations and oral examinations will be conducted
in person at the Kashiwa campus.

of the first-stage selection. Oral examinations for the Medical Sciences
group and the Computational Biology group will be conducted at the Kashiwa
Campus. The oral Examination for the Biomedical Innovation course will
be conducted at the Shirokanedai campus.

the first-stage selection. The oral Examination for the Biomedical Innovation
course will be conducted at Shirokanedai Campus.

Graduate School of Frontier Science (GSFS) has a web site with the detailed information on the entrance exams; please visit the department web site
"Information on Entrance Examinations" for basic information on the entrance exams of GSFS (including our department but not limited to), and then carefully read the instructions.
The online submission period is from June 8th to June 14th, 23:00 JST.

Either of the two Type A booklets (
the Gulidelines), plus the Type B booklet are necessary for applying to our department. Please read both booklets carefully before you apply.

# Inquiry Sheet for Master Course
All applicants must submit the “Inquiry Sheet (Master Course) ". Download
the MS Word file of the Inquiry Sheet (Master Course) from the link below
and fill it out following the instructions in the 2024 Entrance Examination
Guide of CBMS. After filling out the sheet, please save it as a PDF file
and check if it is layout in the same way as the PDF version of Inquiry
Sheet (Master Course).2br /> Applicants must upload PDF files (converted
from the MS Word file) online.

All applicants must submit the “Inquiry Sheet (Doctoral Course).

* Failure to submit the original documents by the designated date may result
in denial of enrollment. Original transcripts and graduation certificates
(degree certificates) must be submitted to Student Affairs Team of the
graduate school at the enrollment procedure. When the applicant graduated
from a university in China, the applicant must submit the pdf file of CHSI-issued
certificates (of both undergraduate and graduate school) at the online
application site when they have already graduated. If the certificate is
not available at the time of the online application because they have not
graduated yet, the CHSI-issued certificate must be submitted at the enrollment
procedure.
** Certification that you are working at least 30 hours per week with pay
and have been approved by your company. Any format is acceptable. Failure
to submit the original certification by the enrollment procedure date may
result in denial of enrollment.
